        For payment processing gateway provider who directly provides merchant account service, it is inevitably going to communicate with customer by phone, email, network chat tools, and occasionally face to face.  Email is a commonly used way by which ecommerce business men use. Merchants from overseas countries will have 24hours time difference. The time difference also is reflected on transaction date. The time customer submit his payment on their side for example is 4pm EST (eastern standard time), and the payment processor if located in Asia, the transaction date will be added 6 to 9 hours. The payment processor can develop a standard system with standard time for merchant from all over the world. It is easy to work out technically.
